I've gotten into servers while the master server is down as long as they were in my history or favorites. Still, best be prepared with your Hala patch to prevent withdrawal if you're among those without a spouse/significant other.

Aww, that sucks. I hate unstable magic. It seems magic breaks way more often than it works. Once my Epic Mage Armor got borked so I had to wait around until I could rest again. One time on Avlis I ended up bleeding to death because I cast Greater Stoneskin.

I'm not sure what this would add to IC pursuits, to be honest. It would be chronicling the actions of several characters that have no connection to each other whatsoever, and are kept from having one by the obvious OOC connection. It would be kind of interesting OOCly to see what habits these differ...

Also if you leave the server encumbered and come back your movement speed will still be decreased. Turning detect or stealth mode on and off fixes it.
