I tried this to even re downloaded the hala craft patch again with no luck.

I have tried resetting it with the amethyst also, and tried changing to malachite after a success with the amethyst and vise verse. Does the fact that I am not from Hala have anything to do with it. I would like to thank you for your help on this.

When you get to the menu option where it says "you have chosen to try and make "x" Yes/no: Pick NO. Then, don't quit, but back out to the first menu and start over. This will reset the system and should fix the problem. When the system is messed up, you will notice that your success ...

I have tried the copper, bronze, silver, and gold tool have managed a skill of 17 in gem cutting and do get successes but it does not give me anything. I have tried to quit right after a success and trying again but still get nothing.
