Just tried it out but as before only the Storm Griffin drops a feather.

Wild Griffins don't drop feathers

Type: Some of the Wild Griffins normally drop feathers. Now none of them do.
Area: Griffin Heights, south of Nagritch.
Time: For about two weeks now.
