Hala

I did some of my better copy and pasting with code from Arkaz to Ysgard and you now have:
- type "!who" and you see who is online on Ysgard and Hala
- type "!save" and your character is saved
- and map pins: add them and they get saved and reloaded on relog.

Just a suggestion but for New People could you all zip them together and have one download...I know it would be enormous...but there are a lot of them.. That would be ok if there are no further hak updates, but it would be huge (> 1 Gb). I still want to see which haks aren't needed anymore now ... ...
