Been a long time, Charlie. It pains me to see that you and your family are under such duress.. Words cannot express my sorrow over this. I crossed myself as I read your eulogy. Your father is indeed in a better place right now and I pray for the solace of you and yours. *hugs* Do take good care, and...

Sadly I can't turn that option on, so Scel looks like a snowman to me. :P

If I turn on reflectiveness I then get white textures elsewhere, unless I mouse over the character in question (Like on some Nagritch citizens their pelvises or robes will be stark white). So, no go for me.

I laughed pretty hard several times as I read through this. I highly recommend this link. The bit about inanimate objects was really hilarious too. Things like that remind you that our DMs hold back. ;) Could you imagine receiving a tell one day informing you that your character's underwear are sudd...

Aww... I'll miss you, Odin. I had a lot of fun in the limited time I got to RP with you. Liera and Wyland made quite a pair- drink besotten priests. ;-) It was a lot of fun and I've got to say you helped in the development of Liera's fun loving side. To echo the refrain that revereberates in this to...

Well, that song is Levan Polkka by Loituma. It's Finnish!

Juxtaposed with Japanese anime cuteness it makes for an addicting looped cocktail that will slowly take over the world.

Ooh- the DaLoki Code. Interesting. ;-) But in all seriousness this glyph alphabet... how are we supposed to use it for reference? OOC or IC? Or is it something that a PC stumbles on and if they decide to do research come across this table in the Nagritch library? In retrospect this may seem like a d...

Personally I walk as appropriate, by the strictures of common sense. For the sake of expediency, when there are no players around and no DMs interacting with me I just run. As I have often said, I roleplay for an audience. If no one is there, then I don't waste time typing or walking slowly. For me ...

Before this gets out of hand... Let me suggest to all involved that there is a measure of congruence between what Timb wrote and the Team Policy. (For the purposes of this position I will not speak to the clear differences between Timb's and Arkon's statements.) That parallel is that both Timb and t...

I don't mean to demean Liera... She is an excellent asset to this world, her roleplaying is enjoyable to me, and also annoying to some... I love it. Her and Elly do a fantastic job of making this world more interesting. Not quite sure how to respond to that, but thank you. :) I know I certainly hav...

Thats fine. Not all druids are tree hugging, fluffy bunny pansies. A "survival of the fittest" philosophy is certainly very...um...druid-ey. Yep, druidy indeed. There's nothing wrong with any of Lom's behaviour from a druidic perspective. He's a predator, yes- but nature is rife with pred...

Although the D&D rules in theory allow for godless clerics and paladins I agree it's just a bad idea to allow across the board as too many people will cheese it utterly. Cleric, Paladin, Druid, and Ranger- as well as a couple of other classes have stringent RP requirements that must be observed....

Actually according to the rules a paladin does not have to be the same alignment as their god. Deities such as St. Cuthbert (LN), Pelor (NG), and yes even Correlon Larethian (CG), all have paladins in their service. The Lawful dimension of a paladin is meant to represent the very strict code they li...
