I have waited about two plus weeks to turn in scrolls and I get a message along the lines of:

I appreciate all the items, but I am going to need some time to clean, sort and organize the ones you have recently given me. Please return in a week, and I'll accept more items then.

Cannnot portal to Ysgard from Avlis or Arkaz. Portal in the other direction seems to work.

The problem is a bit involved and being actively worked by members of both teams in concert. Between the DB experts on both teams the fix will be taking place.

Sorry, been so long since I turned it off I cannot remember which one it is to type into the talk window.

I used to use it and for the most part it was pretty good. On ocassion it would loose part of the talk window but still not bad. Unfortunately it does not work on 64 bit Vista.
