If it doesn't work. You might have a firewall issue somewhere, (Might even be on the side of the ISP)

Did they provide you with a new router or firewall software? It may be one or other is currently blocking the IRC ports. A lot of routers these days have built in firewalls. Often you can access it from a brower by httping to 127.0.0.1 to modify the default settings. Also: 192.168.2.1 192.168.1.1 1...

I think the definition of fear has been blurred far too greatly to easily define any causation. The few Scrolls I had, also summon Dwarves of the stripper variety.

While I am on the topic, I should also point out that going to Conjuration, and Spell "V" and trying to use the "Return" and "Previous" options to return to the menu showing Summon "I" - "IX" , I get a different menu showing only Summon "II"...
