Is there any way to find out whether or not a crafting recipe is bugged? I've been trying to advance in cooking and brewing, especially brewing, and I have tried a lot of stuff and am getting nowhere. I don't know whether it's because the recipes are bugged or because I just haven't tried the right ...

My point is that no matter where you stand on the current U.S. president (my personal preference: Anywhere, as long as you jump up and down real hard...) the Declaration of Independance is a masterful document, and among America's founding fathers were some amazingly brilliant men. To me, patriotism...

Wow. As everyone who has been lucky enough to have had a portrait done so far knows, it is amazingly cool to see your character brought to life like this. It's the perfect pose for Gildan, with the horse. Even your caption is great! I can't wait to see the finished product, and the portrait of Gil a...

I agree pretty much with what Akai said. This is a game where pretending to be something you're not is a major factor in the fun, and whatever you are pretending to be should be respected by the other players. Therefore you should react appropriatly to a high charisma score, i.e. RP that you notice ...

And now, an actual answer! Just checked my shorter oxford; the definition stressed good sense and sound judgement. Someone who is good at problem solving; i.e. seeing the best way to achieve a goal. Also practical. Gildan has a higher-than-average wisdom, and I try to play him as a wise man. His wis...

<< I would also think this would give the character an almost haughty attitude... >> That's where I disagree, and this is my point: Whether or not a person has a haughty (or almost haughty) attitude has nothing to do with how wise they are, in my opinion. << ...if not for him being so wise he would ...

<< We got a couple ppl in our guild who RP pretty much the opposite of thier high stats, but they will whip out a die roll to show off the modifier and just expect folks to kiss thier asses. >> Yeah; what I said applies to people who are really trying to RP the stat or the area of expertise; if you ...

<< And that is my argument that a players character always reflects themselves. If you rp an evil bastard, no matter how much you deny it, you are either an evil bastard or you could imagine being one. Same thing goes for being a goody two shoes, even if you're a mean, cold hearted jerk, you could s...

One other point. Setting someone to dislike is a completly OOC action. So I disagree with the idea that you should react to it at all, such as if you are talking face to face with someone and they set you to dislike, you should not assume that means that character is getting agressive or looking hos...
