The only shocking weapons I've seen that were on a merchant were plain weapons with 1d4 electric,is this what you are refering to?If so I know the big man knew about these and even had them on his character months ago.They cost about 3 or 4k in gold.

In terms of how it should be used. Well it's generally not looked highly upon in CvC, and some DM's prefer it not used in their events. Other than that, nothing really that I can think of. unless you dont mind it used in your events,I cant think of any other dm that does want it in their events. I'...
