Bug.. Glitch?

I used Forian cordial and crashed.. When I looged back in I drop alot of Stuff from my inventory.. It was weird.. then I got scared so I logged out relogged in and then I got my stuff back but .. My Hp was like 600+ so I logged out and then logged in and then I Was Fine with my stuff and hp was fine but it said I logged out dieing.. Then I woke up .. Weird huh..
