Not a bug: Psionic str of land vs. Gith

DISREGARD AS BUG REPORT--It is due to duration of one turn per two psion levels. Only one level does nothing!

Server: Hala
Character: Rai
Race: Gith
Class build: Monk (1) Outsider (2) Psionicst (1)
GS: inversions

Issue: The psionic power "Strength of the Land" does not work for this character. It shows the icons at the top right for a split second, but it disappears and none of the bonuses are applied.

It works for NPCs and other characters. Perhaps it has something to do the custom races + hide scripts. His other power enhanced strength works as it should.

It's not working because he has only one psion level. The power's duration is one turn per two psion levels. It rounds down. With only one psion level, it has no duration.
