Just reporting that it would appear that the Bastion Scroll collector is no longer accepting anything. She keeps giving the 'return next week' message over and over.
Tried it over the past 2 weeks with 2 of my own characters (Michiko and Aiko). Fousto stated he is also having the similar issue as is Diego and Sonja.
I've tried speaking with her after server resets also but she still will only give the 'return next week' message.
