Odd painting discription in STAR

Tans painting of Rali that hangs in STAR has an odd description. Should it really say that you don't know what the artist had in mind? This is the same description as the abstract painting on the other wall.

Those paintings are set up so that their names/descriptions can be changed with a DM wand. The "you don't know what the artist had in mind" is the default, unchanged description.

Thats pretty neat! So it is safe to assume then that Tanaris is not an awfull painter
