Potions of Shaundakul's Speed not potions?
These potions are coming up as un-useable and also won't stack, so looks like the base item type could be wrong.

Interesting. I think one of my characters has found at least one, so I will try and use it and see what happens. I made them all at once and I think I did them all the same....
