Hardened Gem Cutting Chisel (and metamagic sonic rod)

Type of Bug/Exploit : Strange message when using Hardened Gem Cutting Chisel
Area of Bug Exploit (be as specific as possible) : "Tel, Gate"
NPCs involved (Be as specific as possible) : None
Chests involved : None
Timestamp on when it happened : 22:30 GMT April 18th
Frequency of occurence. : Tried three times.

Decided to polish some Fire Opals and got the message "You cannot drain yourself" when Jayem used the chisel. Polished a few to check it still worked, which it did, and tried again and got same message. Again polished a few and again tried again and again got same message.

I got the same message when I just tried my Metamagic Sonic rod.

Hala server, Ysgard server or both?

Hala server. And just got same message with cleric rod (valley of death- dark dungeon, final area).

(Metamagic rod still made Darkfire into Dark"sound" and cleric rod still teleported us back, but before they work fine I get that message and a little visual and sound effect)

Just tried cleric rod and hardened gem cutting chisel on the Ysgard side of the Great Divide and neither gave the message or the sound or visual effect. Looks like it might be Hala server only.

Also Coran got this message when using the portable cooking station on Hala, not tried it on Ysgurd
