The brownie sentinels don't seem to have any heads.
They might have been additional spawns, but I think the sentinels are the normal spawns there.
Sneaking ahead of people really gives you a chance to slow down and look at things before they try to slaughter you.

Yes, they are the normal spawns there.
Are they supposed to have heads?

I've never seen them -with- heads either...
not that that made them any less scary ... or was that ... MORE scary?
