Feathered Cloak in loot. - in progress

Post by _JM_ » Thu Oct 25, 2012 11:53 pm

Type of Bug/Exploit : Feathered Cloak found.
Area of Bug Exploit (be as specific as possible) : Not saying
NPCs involved (Be as specific as possible) : Enemy.
Chests involved : N/A
Timestamp on when it happened : 23:40 GMT 25 October 2012
Frequency of occurrence : Found one.

You have to gather a lot of feathers for Isania, or accept the offers of Druids to gather them less bloodily, to get the cloak and then have the choice of keeping it or giving it to FOIG as one of the tasks FOIG asks. So as I think it is a one per person item from Isania’s “quest” and an intended sacrifice of it for the other quest I don’t think Jayem should have found one in the remains of a FOIG. In some ways I am hoping it is not a bug as the final reward from FOIG seems good from seeing Aranel finish things, but it does seem more likely it should not have shown up and this is possibly a bug with the new loot. So I am reporting it.

We found another sample of that cloak today with the Defenders.

As this is a quest reward item, I highly doubt it should drop in the loot, especially not in remains of critters.

Can anyone look into it?

Thank you! :)

I'll see what I can find.
