Trying to Set my Partner Up to Game

So, after much waiting, my partner is ready to join the nwn rping community!
for IC reasons, their character has to start on Arkaz, but I fully expect we'll both be spending lots of time here as well.

Umm, having a bit of trouble getting their Arkaz account set up, could someone here help with getting their player account set with the alpha server? (not that they have a player account, yet. Still updating the laptop they plan to use...)

Did you have them PM Zandel2 on the Arkaz website? Did this get sorted? I found out it only needs to be done once for all of CoPaP, so if they are good on Arkaz they are automatically good here.

No, not sorted, yet. They took a trip to Norway, but didn't bring the right adapter for their laptop. *oops!* But, yeah, my understanding is there's a PM from Zandel2 waiting in their inbox when they get back.
