Ok... this seems to come up on various sites than have multiple taverns.
There's a reason the Hala Tavern is there. It's so you DON'T have to post the same thing in every other tavern.
It's annoying and completely pointless, so please use the Hala Tavern if you intend to have something put up in various places instead of copying the same post repeatedly.

If you have a message that is specific to a certain place, then it can go in the tavern relating to that place.
If you have a message that goes everywhere except a couple of places, then it can go into the Hala Tavern with something at the top along the lines of *posters appear in numerous Taverns across Hala and Ysgard with the exception of Nagritch and Bastion*
If you have a message that goes everywhere - again, that's what the Hala Tavern is for.
There's no reason to fill the IC boards up with the same message over and over and over and over again no matter how you try to justify it.

Sorry buddy but those are meant to be completly IC posts, and not only for the players but as well for NPCs that life or come through those towns.
Almost evry post there is some description of XXX doing that or that
Also it gives sometimes a reason to travel somewhere.
I wanted it to stay IC as far possible, espcialy that the team might prefer it this or that way, or some might think its too ooc and i dont want to risk a pm like that from the team saying i have to stop it completly.
