ATTENTION CRAFTERS....

Post by darkserra »

To all of ye who taketh the time to make rather than destroy...

After much consultation with the Powers from Beyond (mainly Arkon),
there have been many changes to the crafting system as of late.

You may find that recipes you once jealously guarded no longer worketh... because they were changed, not bugged.

Many new and wonderous items have appeared for our industrious crafters to chance their skills upon.

Items once easy to bring forth from the crafting tables are now out of reach of any but the most experienced of crafters.

These are not bugs of the most foul kind, but features brought to you by your ever industrious Hala team....

Since you brought this up, (and nice job with all the new weapons btw,) I have a suggestion.

Shouldn't the arrow/bolt recipes be brought more in line with the way other weapons work? It would seem, IMHO, that the most basic elemental damage arrows should be the same as the most basic elemental damage weapons. IE: A hot arrow should be an arrow with a rubicite head, a cold arrow should be one with a syenite head, etc. Then, the next step up, enflamed, etc, would be adding the elemental essences into the mix. That way, everything would follow a logical progression.

Just my 2 cents.

Seamus,

You make a good point, even if Jskee thinks you are a noob.... :)

I will see how this would work and talk to the team about it.

Hear Ye, Hear Ye...

In order to form a more perfect... crafting system

All crafters may find that to useth the anvil, thou shalt now needeth the "ANVIL HAMMER".

Dis hammer is not yet available for purchase at the local hardware store, but will be there soon....

There are those that have them and are making more for distribution

That is all..

Change to recipe

Post by darkserra »

All crafters,

Be advised that the recipe for Essence of Fire has changed...

Replace the current gem with fire agate

That is all....

This recipe seems to work on Hala, not on Ysgard.

Right now there are significant differences to the crafting system between Hala and Ysgard. Ysgard will be updated within a few days....
