Kind of important thing, I think. The UK changes time zones at the same time as everyone else, as far as I can tell. Is it best to assume that UK time is always GMT? So that there's no adjustment for me, for example. EST is always 5 hours behind that, Central time another hour behind.....etc. This way we all know our relative time periods.....am I wrong?
