If you go to Celestia, please keep in mind:
-you are on a LG plane
-you are in the direct domain of a God
-you are in a city that serves as a base for an army
-you are surrounded by high level clerics and paladins
I didn't want to close Celestia off from evil pc's, but be aware that security in the city is tight. Some NPCs will react according to your alignment. If your character is openly evil, have fun! Just don't pick a fight with the pallys
If you are secretly evil, you might consider staying away.
Also, some of the items there are blessed by the Gods of Celestia. UMD might get you around most restrictions, but you can't fool the Gods.

On the subject of Celestia, can I just take the opportunity to say: wow! The remade version of it looks fantastic. The entire feel of the place has been created to perfection. Neither too big nor too small, interesting shop names that make you want to take a look, and with the addition of named commoners (even though we can't read floaties IG) which is just really nice to see from an OOC perspective.
I was very impressed with it when Morgan went there. Glad that Sara told the guards to allow her in Im going to have a good poke around next time she goes to visit Bahamuts shrine. Very much looking foward to it.
Grovel puts the P in swimming pool.
