Little Known Facts...

Post by blue wolfy »

Everyone I've met in Hala has such wonderful imaginations and characters, but I know all too often those little quirks that make some so unique get over looked. So I thought it would be fun for us all to post some little things that arnt so well known. I'll start to be fair...

It's a little known fact...

...Sakura Darkstar and Coran both wear glasses (suki usually all the time, coran just for reading).

...Tanaris Andar is afraid of the dark.

...Cassanda Sinclair first told people her name was "Bunny".

...Frin really isnt cute.

It's a little known fact...

......Malik has several bottles of water from the river Styx.

......Grovel likes round things and has a bag of eyes.

......Morgan collects keys.
Grovel puts the P in swimming pool.
Small in stature, large in power, narrow of focus and wide of vision

It's a little known fact...

...Sceluscio, despite all his diatribes claiming arcane magic is inferior to psionics, loves to collect little magical trinkets.

...Nekk'en likes poetry, tales, rhythm & music.
...Nekk'en loves animals more than the sentient "races".

collections hmm..., that reminds me a little more about Sakura

Litte known fact...

...Sakura means 'Cherry' or 'Cherry Blossume" in japanese

...Sakura's nickname 'Suki' , I gave her back in furcadia years ago when I played her as a unicorn. I started having peope use that as a nickname here in avlis/hala cause most pleople's nicknames are shorter versions of their names (usually first 3 letters) , I really didnt want Sakura to be called "Sak"

...Years later i found out 'Suki' means 'to like' in japanese

...Sakura collects katanas & kimonos

...Sakura once donated her 250+ collection different books to Equloria thanks to a bug in the chest system

...Sakura has a 'collection' of Battlewisps, Upset the way the wisps were once tied to elf warriors durring the war but then disregaurded and sold as 'items' Sakura started a one person drive to free as many as possible, Half she still has the other half were freed ((ooc: trashed)). The ones that remain with her each have a seperate name given to them by some simi-famous PCs. 'Goldie' named by Goldie (Noor's mother) and 'Fudge' named by Mara (the head of the CO) being a few.

...The Battle wisp named 'Rowena' was named before the Hala charcter Rowena was made. Player of Rowena (PC) didnt know of the battlewisp's name before hand.

Dameon collects gems!

Diamonds, sapphires, emeralds, rubies, and topaz. I don't get them from other people, just ones I find off of dungeons. I am sure if I made a point to collect as many as possible... it'd be ridiculous.

No reason really, just something I started doing one day for the hell of it.

Ok.. I've thought of a couple of things for Aria and Peter....

... Yes, I named her "Aria" as I wanted her to be a bard from the start.

... Aria likes to sew and be domestic (does not do embroidery yet as I do not feel her tailoring skill is high enough yet to RP it)

... smells like roses and lilacs mixed

... does not spend much time in front of mirrors and hardly ever looks in them.

For Peter....

... Kuro actually has had cubs and considers Peter one at times

... is actually fond of Tan, but not what he does

Hmmm....so much of it is FOIG, or rather, don't find out about it because the characters will never speak of it...here is one I think only a few people know.

...Arcanen is hopelessly in love. (I'm not telling who.)

...the place I got the name Arcanen from was a site which claimed it meant 'narrow water' but I admit I picked it for the other translation for Arcanen, and it was meant to be ironic.

Doesn't everyone already know that?

I'll try to think of some for Thralia and Uni....I'm too tired right now. :)

Mmm.....actually, here's one. For those who have wondered, Thralia and Ji are still kinda up in the air, but they are basically married. They've exchanged wedding rings they found in dungeons a good ten times or so (and they both still carry all of them) and started building a house in Arkaz. They are just both shy about making it official.

Uni is Ysgard's resident innocent...oh wait, everyone knew that. :)

Sara is a vegetarian. Although she she will eat fish and will occasionally wear leather, just the thought of eating meat makes her sick.

She also has a faded scar that goes all the way around her neck. Where she got it is FOIG, but it is one of the biggest reasons she is very untrusting of people.

There's a reason Tris always refers to himself as Tris and not Tristran and it's why he corrects any that use his full name (including the gods...). Sara knows it, but I don't think he's ever told anyone else.

He also used to be friendly.
