We recommend using "Power's Irish Whiskey." It is sooooo good in this recipe! Its a little more expensive then some, but you still spend way less then the pre-mixed stuff!

Bailey's Irish Cream

1 Cup Light Cream (or half & half)
1 (14 oz) can Sweetened Condensed Milk
2/3 - 1.2/3 Cup Irish Whiskey (depending on how strong you like it)
1 teaspoon instant coffee (My favorite flavor is Hazelnut)
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon almond extract

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend at high speed for 30 seconds. Place in a tightly sealed bottle and refrigerate. (In the Summer we go ahead and blend in several handfuls of ice cubes so its COLD!)

Shake well before serving if you let it sit.

Depending on how much you consider a serving ( ) this recipe makes 4-8 drinks. 8)

From my college days :

In a double shot glass -

fill 3/4's of the way with Bacardi's 151
top the last 1/4 with vodka (100 proof best)
add 20+ drops of tobasco sauce; depending on personal taste

(Note: not a sipping drink; down it all at once)

Good one for D&D'ers:

FLAMING DRAGON

Equal parts

Bacardi 151 proof Rum and
Green Chartreuse

Pour into a shot glass.
Set on fire.
Let mixture warm for 10-20 seconds.
Extinguish flame (put your hand over the glass unless you're a sissy)
Drink quickly.
Don't inhale immediately after drinking!

Enjoy!

The Hand Grenade
(Drink at your own risk)

Over ice, pour equal parts:

Everclear and
Grape flavored liquid glucose

Strain into a shot glass and drink.

(alternately, you can just have a friend hit you in the back of the head with a 2X4 and save on alcohol costs)

Navy SEAL:

1 Part Jägermeister
1 Part Tequila
1 Part 151 Rum

Best done with double-shots, and friends you trust.

Liquid Monkey:

1 Part Vodka
1 Part Lime-ade

The Lime-ade nearly neutralizes the taste of Vodka. Making it very easy to drink large amounts of.
The name comes from the way people act after drinking a few cups of "Lemonade."
(I was an asshole in College. (Still am) I'll admit it.)

Faceplant:

Take a coffee mug mix equal parts:
Ever-clear, Bacardi 151, and Espresso.
Stir with a tablespoon of honey.
Drink sitting down.
Good luck.

Blue lamborghini

Shot

1/2 Bacardi 151
1/2 Blue Caraco

Mix-n-shoot

Sure takes the edge off a shot of 151. Can put less Caraco if you want hair on your nipples.

The Doctor

1) Fill shot glass with Disaronno Amaretto ( or equivalent)
2) Fill beer glass 3/4 full with favorite beer
( not a dark lagger something american's /canadians normally drink bud, bud light etc)
3) Gently drop full shot glass into 3/4 full beer glass
( its why you only fill beer glass 3/4 full your puting the shot glass with the shot into the beer glass)
4) Chug! once you've hit the bottom the shot should follow up the downed beer and taste remarkably like a Doctor Peper.
IF it's been done properly.
If doing while drunk...use plastic glasses.. You can drop the shot glass to hard and it will bust the bottom out of a beer glass hehe..enjoy!

I never really thought to name this one until recently.

Winter Kick
What You'll Need:
Some hot cocoa mix OR chocolate coffee
Avalanche Peppermint Schnapps
A shot glass
A mug or cup that'll hold at least 9-10 ounces

1. Make 8 oz. of either hot cocoa or chocolate coffee.
2. Fill the shot glass with some Avalanche Peppermint Schnapps.
3. Pour the schnapps into your cup the fill the rest with your hot cocoa or coffee.
4. Stir gently then enjoy.

For added kick, use 2 shots of schnapps instead of 1. Just don't forget to plop it in your cup before adding the chocolately goodness.

St. Patty's Fizz....

A shot of Jameson (must have proper Irish whiskey if you're going to over indulge on St. Pattys day)

A shot of apple pucker....

Top it off with some gingerale and a lime....

mmmmm...

((returns to the regularly scheduled downing of coffee to offset pint glasses of this stuff last night))
