Given that PM is a holy class of shagarath, what would a PM be likely to call himself? If someone asked, would he be a priest? something else? Or is Pale Master appropriate?

Pale Master is appropriate. Warlock of Shagarath seems like a good title to me, as warlock has both religious and arcane connotations. Arm of Shagarath would be a good title for a chosen few pale masters who've gained Shaggy's favor (a dm granted title).
Arm of Shagarath does sound a bit too important a title to give yourself. Kinda like Grand Moff....
Warlock is good. I will have Malik call himself a Warlock. Palemasters are just ordinary, but Warlocks know the truth of things
