I have a question about characters leaving annomyous posts.
Is it possible to compare the handwriting on these notes if someone collected them?
I figure that hand writing is as unique as a characters voice and a character (as per disguise rules) has to make the effort and make a spececific and visible attempt to alter it?

I would have to concur with your judgement on this one.
Unless a character described how the writing is and varies it, I would imagine that an intelligent person could compare several posts and at least collect them and tag them all to one person.
Though finding out who that one person is will be the tough one.
