DM help please

I have a problem on Arkaz with Brynja and a bunch of her items messing up weirdly. One of the team members has sujested that I log into Hala (where the most up to date good copy of her character is), get a DM to hit her with the healing wand and then protal back over to Arkaz to replace the character file. Aparently the issue I have has been seen before and is fixed by doing this.

Can someone help me with this please?
