Hala - Crafting updates.

Ysgard - Crafting updates and script removals.

I've removed around 200 scripts in this latest batch, so if you encounter anything not working or acting up let me know, though there shouldn't be any.

Ysgard- A few more scripts removed and some unused conversations. Added in one new quest. When and if you find this quest PM me and let me know.

Ysgard- A few spell fixes, namely Magic Tatoo and Sphere of Ultimate Destruction. Should be applied to Hala on it's next update.

- Returned a certain merchant back to business.
- Simplified the Airships to save module size.
- Added the first mass merchant npc.
- Fixed Sphere of Ultimate Destruction
- Added effects library.

-added flowers and plants to the Temple of Sune
-changed several gem veins
-added 10 potions to herbalism
-fixed a potion in herbalism
-with LP77s consent, completely revamped the skill levels for potion making. Before, all potions were graded only by the level of the spell they produced. New skill levels reflect the gold piece value of the potion, bringing herbalism in line with the rest of the crafting system.

Fix for crafting on failure to only remove the number of items it is suppose to .

-added 8 new weapons to blacksmithing
-changed a certain crafting item to spawn once per reset for each player
-added a new monster to the palette
-made certain monsters a whole lot tougher
-changed a monster weapon to make it better
-changed the skill points required to make various weapons in crafting. Made them all harder to make.
-laid the ground work to fix leathercrafting (hopefully)

Added some scripts to areas for cleanup and logging locations purposes
Added some code to crafting system to report when it takes items from a stack.
