Character Creator has been fixed

You may now select your favorite custom races again.

Told you I'd get it fixed.

Thank you Themicles for the necessary script fix needed to get it working right again.

on side note.... the subraces seem to be back to old versions. Tieflings are without tail and the feats for energy resistance but instead skill focus hide and persuade. I suppose Aasimars are back to the old version too.

Any Chance that those two will be updated at some point to leatest version ?

eventually yes. I need to find an older 2da than the one i currently have in and compare it. It seems our old specialraces.2da was different than the standard.

Outlands is using at least the same standarts for Tieflings & Aasimars as it was before the creator broke, not sure about the rest.

Mystara was using the current one.

Fixed.

Now to figure out why these races don't get the spells they are supposed to... so we can stop having to hand out items that do it for them.

Easiest would be to add that ability to they hide... it can be done with the on enter script too,

i could add it if you send me that one.
You can add properities to hide like to a equiped item, just point out what slot.

No, you can no longer add abilities to a creature hide. Bioware took that feature out several patches ago, as an "exploit fix".
That is why all the CoPaP servers had to switch over to either using items for racial abilities, or as Avlis did, have them added as feats to the CoPaP haks.

*edit* Arkon just beat me to it by a minute!

Abyss simply adds the items to char inventory upon changing the character to his new race. No hassle for DM's :)

I sent Arkon the missing scripts that he needed for the githzerai and githyanki items, hopefully he'll be able to get them working now.

oh i did not know that... i was working on somethign not long ago and i could apply feats to hides, never got to try the spells :S

They did the same with natural weapons ? (claws and such)

Is there a list of what character races we can take?
And whats required for them? ie half elf for... etc..

Nope, the only ones that need persmission are the ones that are alignment restrictive if you are wanting to play outside of the normal alingments.
