Hala adds another DM to the Staff

Please welcome Shannen to the DM staff on Hala. Many of you know this person through their characters, Shannen, and Rali'Vinee. I feel they will be a welcome addition to the team and look forward to many fun future adventures and torture sessions they will bring to you.
