Campus tech seems to have changed around the firewall today, I'll try and convince them tomorrow morning to open up the ports needed for NWN and IRC.
Maybe, just maybe, I'll get them to let me play NWN, but IRC is unlikely.

Anyways, anyone needs me, just PM or MSN me.
If all goes well, I'll be back in game within a few days, else, it'll be a very long semester.

Yay!
First thing I did on waking up (at 9:30 am) this morning, I went over to the Campus Tech offices in the library basement, and talked to the guy at the desk there. He's real nice, is a gamer, knew what NWN was, thought it was real cool that I worked on a persistant world (I showed him the CoPaP and Hades websites), and opened up the ports I needed for NWN. They closed alot of ports in the firewall yesterday because of a virus attack, and so shut all the ones that they didn't think needed to be open.
He said he'd look into the ones for IRC, too, but if they're used by another virus he'll have to close them up again.
