Was traveling around and came across a server portal surrounded by blue crystals (don't want to say more so as not to give away location). It tried portaling me 3 times then errored. Is this a working portal and is it my bic that is error'ing or is it a broken portal?

Ok. Was wondering becuase I know I had a problem before back when mystara portal was still up. Couldn't go through the portal even though it was working.
