first things first: Hello Hala!

new to this world, and hopefully seeing a little bit more of it than just nagritch and the character creation/start area

so this is where my problem is. somehow the char.creation lass doesnt like me, or she doesnt want my character to be an Aasimar. i have no clue at all.
I tried like four or five, maybe six times... with three different remakes of the char. I wanted to (r.)play. (wrote the description anew everytime I remade my char.) But it wouldnt work for me...
I get the the aasimar robe, but everything else stays at it is (no subrace template, no stat modifications, no silver hair, no nothing)

We (that is a buddy and me) even tried it again, as he came up with a test character. worked all fine for him. very weird!

okay, I say. I'm going to bed now with a little bit of hope that someone is going to look into this..... please?!?!?!!! pretty please.I'm tired, my eyes close and I begin to babble worthless dung.

You're using a half elf base, right?

of course,
half- elf base, I leave the subrace field as it is, type Aasimar into the talk channel when the creator want me to, click continue, click again until I explode, then I get booted, wait a bit (even waited longer than 10secs., heavy on coldturkey), log back in, get the Aasimar robe (that yellow/golden one), and there's something written like your secondary racial subrace is ysgardian.
when I look at my char.sheet, nothing has changed, I have no outsider level, nor modifications nor the subrace. still a half elf.

really, I'm sure I make everything like it's wanted of me....

Definately a half elf, and you're waiting at least 15-20 seconds after you're booted? Autobic can be slow sometimes, so best to wait as long as you have the patience for.

You say it worked fine for your friend? Did he make one after you couldn't get it to work, or before?

he told he made his main about 6hrs. before I logged and tried the first time. then we tried again , after I told him that it's not working for me. he made a test dummy

right before my eyes and it worked for him.

Can you try to make a character of any other custom race and report back, please.

Use less/no special characters and try again, please.

question:
could it be that different accents on letters (like i.e. í or è and on and on) make the created character invalid, thus not able to apply the correct subrace?

The problem is with your name choices. You are using special characters in your names that the system doesn't recognize..

IE the special character i and the special character o

Try making a character using standard english characters

I've cleared your vault so you can try again.
