Just Wanted to know if u are allowed u use Titles in player names such as
" Lord john smith " or is there titles all ready ig that have to be earned ?

Titles are generally given by dms.....besides Lord and Sir are so passe. Try something like Mellil'Sill...which means raven man in elven. 
dm given titles and names are far cooler regardless, but I believe the answer to your question is no. You shouldn't.
