Here are a couple of do-overs
Gildan again though I'm still not happy with it. "Young" and "Old" are both easy enough, but "middle-aged" just isn't happening

And I also redid Dimwick's using some new toys I just got.

I finished up three this time. I hope you guys like them
Tedia exterminating pests

Rowena taking in the view

"Pokey" and "Tricks" in trouble again

The last one on my list is Scel.
Unfortunatly, my life is hectic right now (we're planning on moving and trying to buy a house). If anyone else wants a portrait, send me a PM. Just understand it may take a month or two or longer.

I could tell right away from the outfit who it was. Nice!
One comment is that in Druid's smaller version being used as his board avatar, I had to do a double-take on his belt hanging down.

After uploading it to Photobucket, saving a copy on my hard drive, changing my forum avatar, putting a link in my forum signature, and adding the portrait to Scel's wiki entry (still "under construction!" haha)...I had almost forgotten to give proper thanks to the mother of the portrait!
Thank you, SD!
I certainly would not go to the efforts above if I was not very much pleased with the outcome, not to mention more appreciative than I can properly express for your taking your own time to create this portrait and suffering through my many many PMs describing Scel and adding bits of detail here and there (Scel really doesn't have dreadlocks, folks! Though he is sure to develop them if he doesn't bathe more regularly...).
Speaking of detail, SD really did attend to it! From Scel's faint chest, stomach, and facial hair, to the claws projecting from a special set of plot gloves, to his entire outfit! The outfit is just as I imagine it: dyed to look like armor, but you can tell, even in the portrait, that it is really a flexible cloth.
Again, thank you, SD. This portrait is outstanding (of course, I may be biased!), and I really am very grateful for it.
Edit: More details discovered! I described Scel to SD as someone physically fit and of average height (about 5'10" and 145 pounds). Rudiki helped me to word the description more accurately: he’s fit, but not excessively so; the sort of fitness young men have naturally and don't have to work on, with a hint of softness that speaks of much time spent in study. Also, while Scel is by no means filthy, he does have a sort of rumpled and smudged look about him. Looking at the outfit again, I can see the wear and tear (and lack of care) evident in the clothing, especially the legs! Spot on with both descriptions, SD!
