I was heading from the stairway, to a certain city, & not paying much attention either took a wrong turn, or the route has changed.. & i found myself in the deep underdark! No return portal.. & of the three routes i could take.. i was gonna run into FoiG, FoiG, & FoiG, all of which could see thru my stealth!

Epic deathtrap! owie!

Thanks to Arkonswrath for the rescue.. the new area looks great BTW.. look forward to exploring it when i ain't panicking on a laggy dial-up connection!

EDIT: okies.. am a wuss.. but of the three FoiGs.. the one that DIDn't see thru her stealth/invis.. well.. she met them twice in Deglos (100% DP) & once in Ysgard (saw thru stealth then.. barely got away) & so it did look like no way out.. meh! was dressed for shopping! not fighting!

Once reinforcements arrived.. & we knew the way out.. was challenging but great fun!

Just to clarify, it's the return portal as you enter the area from the stairway that's missing

same problem. I explore the stairway, and i found the deep underdark! but cant return transition not work

Ok so you guys are aware the entrance into the underdeep from the stair is a one way portal. From my understanding this is the way it is supposed to be. If you step through you need to find the other exit. And yes unless your in a decent group you more than likely will die in this area.

Also ladder of death is correct as well. Have already asked about both of these. Think our orig posts are in the drow forums though.

would it be too much work to add some signs or message that dimension door is broken or something.

and before i was able to venture to both ways, it was kinda nice as extension for underdark.
