Are planar keyrings considered magic containers?

For the purpose of this ruling, are the planar keyrings sold in Avlis considered magical containers? I would like to know if they aren't, so I can rearrange my inventory to comply with the above ruling. Thanks!

If it's called 'keyring' it's a keyring, not a bag. This isn't hard.
