Psionics: Inertial Barrier

I have a belt with does inertial barrier, 5 charges/use. This item was acquired on Avlis and is dropped as random loot. On Ysgard, however, the item's power is listed as "bad strref". I'm guessing we need a 2da update to include the new powers Avlis implemented, or something along those lines? (the new powers were available in items only).
