Drow city broken trans

Area name: Harloloth - Lil'Ku'nal Eairthil
Problem: Doesn't have a trans out. But the the area to get there has a trans in.

EDIT: Er. The person who had the bug mentioned that they went into a house and when they went out it was a different area?

I looked into this. As near as I can tell, the door out should be working. However, the whole set up for these areas is very strange and should probably be looked into further.
