Serriously though every time you transistion in ysgard you suddenly get the Avlis welcome message.. I was coran this time, but it did the same to Uni who was with me and gave her a emote wand. acctually ive not tested esewhere it may just be when you transition in the new trade center/fair ground area.

I've just seen it in the new quest area and the fairgrounds. No where else on Ysgard or Hala

The "area_enter and area_exit" scripts probably wern't updated. It'll be fixed in a jiffy

Just a note the new bank in tel is doing the same thing and giving an 'emote wand'
