Ummm ... what does that say? Can anyone translate it?

And as to keeping track of time - the easiest way is to buy 2 clocks - set one to GMT and one to your time zone (or reverse it from GMT to a target zone) and set them side by side. No need to look through charts and tables. :P I've picked up a couple of $5 ones that haven't needed batteries yet - and that was before I started playing on Hala.

No idea if you're serious here, but it means:

Very Useful Link of Greenwich Mean Time to Eastern Standard Time Et Cetera For Your Information. No Problem.

Yes; I was serious. I find using ... ummm ... can't recall the name of what it is when you use the first letter of words to shorten it .... breaindead after driving all night in -30 degree temperatures with a window open most of the time; I guess ... very annoying if you don't at least once use the full spelling to identify it.

Not everyone knows all the shortened things used in the internet speakings. I find I have to ask very many times what stuff means.

That, of course, then begs the question.. why is abbreviated such a long word?

which, of course.. gets one to pondering....

.........Why is infinitesimal so long a word?"

.........Why is 'eternal' shorter than 'momentary'?

.........Why is 'eon' shorter than 'nanosecond'?

.........How is it -possible- to read the word 'invisible'?

And ever more important,

........How serious should one be when one considers giving a mouse a cookie....?

I did this purposely to spite those people :P

(actually it was more a sideways link to Robin Williams in a certain scene of Good Morning Vietnam)
