I tried some time ago to make Rose Wine. It said I successfully made . then did not give item...Rose Wine.

I tried to make Cut Rough Malachite. It said I successfully made . tehn did not give Rough Cut Malachite.

Its a known bug that we haven't been able to figure out. See here for a work-around:
