Sorting out when to finish up the tomb

Post by Zombie »

Sorry I had to cut things short guys. i am available to finish up either mid week if people can say up late or on my Sunday morning (same time next week kind of thing). However I normally have to finish up around 2 hours before I had to stop this time. Earlier starts on Sunday are always good for me as I get up at 6:30-7 to DM (and no one is online then :P).

I owe some of you tokens and will dish them out when I see you online.

I'm not very good at staying up late for your timezone, Zombie, but next Saturday (your Sunday morning) is great, and I can do earlier too.

If it so happens that you DO need to schedule it late for me, with enough notice I'll take a nap ahead of time. :D

What do people think of:

Next Sat. (Nov. 28th), 12:30 p.m. eastern U.S. time., which would be 9:30 a.m. pacific U.S. time, and for Zombie that would be...sometime on Sunday, an hour earlier than the usual Defenders meeting start time.

That would work well for me. The Defenders meetings start just a little late for me to get much done, so the earlier start is good as I will have my PnP game next week and wont have the luxury of going over time.

Well that would be 5:30 am my time and so a non starter i could do it a couple of hours later at push. How about we try for saturday evening say 18:00-19 -00 GMT(a bit earlier is possible). Sunday morning from 08:00 GMT would work for me but i think that would be 3:00 am for so so again no good.

If my calculations are correct, then Zombie's Sunday 6:30-9:00 a.m. translates to my Saturday 1:30-4:00 p.m, which works great. but could people come an hour earlier than that, to give Zombie more time in case we need it? I think Zombie said above that earlier would be fine. So it would look like:

For Zombie in New Zealand: Sunday 5:30-9:00 a.m.

For Albonia in England: Saturday 5:30-9:00 p.m.

For me in the eastern U.S.: Saturday 12:30-4:00 p.m.

For people on the U.S. west coast: Saturday 9:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m.

Does that sound right? If so, how's that for everyone?

Thanks!

Rudiki ....

You totally forgot to list the Central Time zone for those of us that live in that :P

I'm heart broken

Otherwise .... making my own time conversion ... it looks ok for me

Unless I'm forgetting a prior engagment

... also forgot Eastern Canada! :P .... which is the same as Eastern US really, never got why they had to be mentioned separately.
Anywho!

Starting at 12:30 pm on Saturdays works for me. I'll have coffee and cinnamon buns to help us wake up. =)

That said, I could make the late week time... I just have to work from home that day and I can be online earlier. But... that won't work for most of us, I think. =)

5:30 is going to be a tad early for me. I will get up as soon as I wake, sort the dogs, let the cats out and be sting in my chair ready to go a little before 6:30.

Feel free to be waiting out side the crack. Once I have set up we can start. I will still give tokens to everyone who was there last time, even if they cant make it this time round.

I don't anticipate there being much killin' but then again who knows what you will get up to.... and if you don't buff I'll drop a dragon on you any way

What song will you be singing? Don't Stand So Close to Me? King Of Pain? I certainly hope not Roxanne ... :P

Dragon huh? How about a nice rainbow colored one? And friendly? And able to grant 3 wishes each?

Okay lets meet up at 6:00 PM GMT and whatever time equilivent that is for everybody thats 30 mins later.

I also suggest we meet up at Tel and travel to the crack. I am not sure where it is exactly and for younger members of our party wandering around the ruins looking for the right place would be a good way of getting themselves killed.

OK. I ABSOLUTELY have to be off my computer at 9am, which if I'm ready at 6:30 should be ok.
