Spell Wands for Elemental Damage changing

I've ask a few members of the team and havent seen these yet on any merchant.Are they and when exactly will be these available,I know they are selling them in Avlis and being we are using their magic system would be nice to have access to these due to not all of us can go there to search around for them.

I don't think I've seen anything like this on Hala, but I do remember seeing a shop in Avlis ages ago. Sorry kiddo, can't help ya -.-

If you really want it badly, talk to Vippy and his inspirations, as that'd be the msot "IC" venue for it at the moment.
