Bringing the servers down so I can shut down the database server to add a hard drive.
I've been trying to find a time to do this where I have help but also there aren't players on. As a result this hard drive has been sitting on the desk for over a month now. Figure it wont take more than 20 minutes at the absolute worst, so I'm bringing them down now.
Servers should be available again by roughly 9:45pm EDT.

Don't you just love how a 5 minute job ALWAYS turns into a multiple hour job?
I even accounted for minor issues in my original time estimate. But no, we got hit by two issues.
1- Power supply that came with the case that Phoenix is in decided it didn't want to work anymore. Can't blame it being a 300 watt no-name power supply that has been abused by running it 24/7 for a couple years...
This is why we should have spares. And this time we did have a spare 400watt power supply for just such a potential problem. We now no longer have any spare hardware of any kind.
2- Linux didn't like that there was a new hard drive. Initially, Linux forced a disk check. Then after trying to cancel the check and rebooting, Grub 1.5 threw a fit and refused to load. Took booting from a motherboard boot menu feature to get Grub to load fully... and back into the disk check. Currently running, will see if the system will boot properly again after that is done.
More updates to come.
