Portaling from Arkaz to Ysgard and Deglos to Ysgard report portal abort error currently. November 15, 2008.

Some gnomes seem to have broken the portal again.

Details: exactly as in ~this~ thread.

I'm definitely going for Fav. Enemies: Gnomes with my ranger alt.

I don't think its this end (though I could be wrong) Avlis was down all day yesterday and last I heard only the Wilds was back up, with Mikona being up but not connected back to the database yet. Never fear! They are working on it. hehe

Was fine to portal over this morning (GMT morning) so sounds like something Deglos-side since then.

Cannnot portal to Ysgard from Avlis or Arkaz. Portal in the other direction seems to work.

The Portal to Arkaz from Ysgard is currently not working. A test of the portal on our side shows that the problem may be on Hala's side of the connection. We recently updated our Domain name from Server.Arkaz.com to Server.Arkaz.org, and it may be related to that.

This might affect the other portal as well.

Likewise for me just now with Garthond - Ysgard is not responding, timed out, when I try to direct connect via nwn.ysgard.org or the alternate one from Themicles I posted elsewhere.

Portal to Arkaz is still down. @8:29 pm est, 05/30/2013.

EDIT: I rebooted our servers to see if that would fix it, and it didn't.

checked the Arkaz logs and I do not see the attempted connect from hala, you might also need to make sure you update the servers table in the db

Portaling from Avlis to Ysgard failed. Tried to direct connect after the failure, but it can't. Says it find the server and just hangs there indefinitely.

This seems to be a case of sporadic internet disconnections rather than the servers going down. Its most likely weather related, so please be patient when it happens. The connection is back now anyway, and the servers have been kicked again. The Iron/Ysgard portal has been tested and is working both ways.

Not sure if it is Avlis end or Hala end. Can portal from Avlis to Ysgard, but not back from Ysgard to Avlis.

Iron to Sigil is working as well as Sigil to Deglos. Cannot portal from Deglos to Sigil.

The problem is Deglos side, so nothing we can do from here I'm afraid.

I had one PC was able to portal, which is curious, but none work now.
