character stuck in portal

Hi I tried to portal my character Gidish from deglos to ysgard but was dominated with the message you can not server hop from deglos, i tried to log back into deglos but was dominated with the message you can not server hop from ysgard, I waited an hour to see if that would help but still no luck, could i get some help getting out of the portal please , thanks :)
