Akai posted this yesterday on the Defenders forum, but as some people who come to the Defenders meetings don't have access to that forum I thought it best to re-post here:

Tomorrow's meeting seems to be opposite a Braellis event on Arkaz, starting half an hour before our meeting, if I have daylight savings right. Do we still want to meet?

I replied:

I think I will be able to play, but I will probably be distracted and have to be afk now and then.

I'm cool with either, but I'm leaning toward us supporting Arkaz with our characters as that's a DMed event. I'll try to log on and run Lexy to Arkaz so as to have him ready either way (Gil doesn't go offworld out of respect for Kal's wishes).

Hey, guys; I'm sorry but we (Akai and I) won't make it to the Defenders meeting today. We're fine but stuff has come up suddenly that we need to deal with in daylight (*looks meaningfully at fence-wrecking butthead sheep, and Guinea fowl who suddenly take it into their tiny little brains to fly into the dog run*...)
