some new things: !save, !who and mappins

I did some of my better copy and pasting with code from Arkaz to Ysgard and you now have:
- type "!who" and you see who is online on Ysgard and Hala
- type "!save" and your character is saved
- and map pins: add them and they get saved and reloaded on relog.
