Rejoining - downloads?

Hello old friends.

I'd like to jump back into the game to see what the celestial order and tower of iron will have been up to.

I don't know where to start to download the apllicable files or how to get started. Can we even buy NWN still?

Any help would be appreciated. My older kids are interested in checking the world out too. I'd be a lot of fun exploring and rediscovering places.

Celestial Order has withered.

Tower of Iron Will still meets once a week, though normally just the same three people.

Defenders also still meet once a week, and normally have more than three people.

I don't know if you can still buy NWN, and though there has been talk of switching to the "Enhanced Edition" there has also been talk of just how many problems that would pose.

There is a list of required files at http://wiki.ysgard.org/index.php?title=Required_Files , but I am not sure how up to date that is. So you might be better off joining the Arkaz & Hala Discord ( https://discord.gg/ddbgjUu ) to get the files from the #information channel there and to be able to chat to people there about getting back into things.

You can buy the enhanced edition on GoG and it comes with a copy of diamond edition.

It goes on sale a lot, so its usually good to wait for a sale.

Hopefully my old characters are still kicking around. Is there still psionics in the game?

Sad to hear the CO withered, bit of a niche guild though so likely didn't help.

Glad to hear, look forward to seeing you IG! (And psionics has not changed AFAIK, nor has the Tower of Iron Will, granted that only Egil and Lexy are still active in it.)
